Project Systems JET Series Commercial Undercounter Dishwashers & Glasswashers
The Jet Series is the core range of commercial electromechanical undercounter dishwashers and glasswashers for bars, cafés, pubs, restaurants and commercial kitchens. The machines deliver a 2-minute wash cycle with a peristaltic rinse aid dispenser included as standard.
The structure is manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The range provides three basket sizes—35 × 35 cm, 40 × 40 cm and 50 × 50 cm—and four models for different operational needs.

- Two baskets, spoon holder, inlet pipe and outlet pipe supplied as standard.
- Automatic tank loading and heating with front access to components.
- Stainless-steel boiler with fixed and safety thermostats.
- INCOLOY 800 anti-corrosion heating elements.
- Microfilter on pump suction and non-return valve.
- Safety microswitch stops the cycle if the door is opened.

Application suitability
Suitable for bars, cafés, pubs, restaurants, pizzerias, hotels, resorts, catering, banqueting, cruise ships, yachts, beach clubs and other professional foodservice operations. Jet 350 is designed for high-volume glass washing; Jet 500 Plus is intended for mixed dishware and uses upper and lower wash arms.
